Our Chef

Chef Peter Haering began his career at The Plaza Hotel in New York City and the Rye Town Hilton before moving to country clubs. He has held Executive Chef positions at The Young Men’s Philanthropic League in NYC, Quaker Ridge Golf Club, the Apawamis Club and Rolling Hills Country Club before joining North Shore Country Club.

Chef Peter won two First Places at The Culinary Salon awarded by the Society Culinaire Philanthropique and has been actively involved in The Club Chefs of Westchester since 1990.

Chefs Peter Haering’s philosophy of continuous education keeps him up to date with international trends, cooking techniques and on the cutting edge of cuisine.
